Job Summary
Welcome to CrunchEquation a managed-services partner for iGaming brands.We bring together VIP CRM customer support marketing compliance and operations to deliver premium player experiences and sustainable growth.Were looking for a Financial Assistant with proven experience in accounting financial management or similar roles (minimum 3 years).The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and analytical with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the companys financial and accounting function.
- Record and monitor invoices payments and expense reimbursements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring accuracy deadlines and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets forecasts and monthly financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of journal entries.
- Support monthly and annual closing processes.
- Liaise with the external accounting firm and internal departments.
- Prepare documentation for audits and tax reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes.
Requisitos
- Degree in Accounting Finance Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance accounting or management control.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in Portugal.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP software (preferably Zoho Books Invoicexpress PHC or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of responsibility integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong time management and autonomy in task execution.
- Intermediate English (written and spoken).

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2 years of experience in social media management with a focus on iGaming sports betting or online casinos. Deep understanding of iGaming regulations responsible gaming policies and platform-specific advertising restrictions. Proven track record of growing gaming-related social media accounts and driving player engagement. Expertise in iGaming social media trends audience behavior and content formats. Proficiency in social media tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social Later). Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads Twitter Ads TikTok for iGaming). Ability to react quickly to live gaming events and create real-time content. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
