Role Overview
This position is part of a Shared Data Ecosystemteam responsible for hosting and operating multiple applications that supportthe collectionconsolidation and reporting of Accounting and Risk data fromlocal entities into a centralizeddata warehouse. The purpose of this ecosystem is to enable regulatory and financial reporting.
The selected candidate will join the Capital Reporting Systemsdomain supporting solutions related to Capitaland IFRS9 reporting. The scope includes multiple projects suchas Credit Risk IFRS9FINREP Basel IV Equity Risk and Operational Risk.
The role combines:
Projectand data analysis activities (80%)
Productionmonitoring and user support during closing periods (20%)

Main Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business processes reporting workflowsand regulatory requirements
Act as a proactivecontributor proposing innovative solutions to increase the automation of reporting processes
Support productvalidation with end users ensuring alignment and adoption ateach stage
Contribute to change management anduser support activities
Monitor dataprocessing activities and provide user support during financial closing periods
Actively contribute to an Agile organizationparticipating in ceremonies backlog definition prioritization and continuousimprovement
Perform analysisproduction monitoring documentation and release activitiesusing standard enterprise technologies (mainly SQL and Python)
Team & Environment
Integrated into a distributed support teamlocated across multiple European cities
Daily collaboration with experienced subject-matter experts
Requires highreactivity strong reporting skills and close follow-up of ITactivities and incidents
Technical Skills
Bachelorsdegree in InformationTechnology Computer Science Finance or Economics
57years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in Financial or Regulatory Reportingenvironments
StrongSQL skills mandatory
Pythonknowledge a plus
Previousbanking or financial services experience a plus
