Job Summary

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Responsible for all organizational and operational aspects of production such as but not limited to:

Overall shoot planning and coordination
Lead and oversee production related meetings from initial brief to post evaluation
Budget management

Monitor and manage the progress of all projected and ongoing productions
Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
Coach and guide writer-producers to strengthen their creative and production skills
Provide quality input on how to best execute the creative vision
Manage video library

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Grow the business by securing production projects from new and existing clients
Build and manage the database of production vendors establishing favorable rates for both the company and supplier

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mass Communication Film Media Production or related field.
5 years of experience in production management or multimedia content creation.
Proven ability to plan lead and oversee productions from concept to post-evaluation.
Strong skills in budgeting scheduling and vendor coordination.
Experience in client servicing and growing business through production projects.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills; able to guide creative teams and writer-producers.
Solid understanding of creative storytelling shoot logistics and post-production workflows.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate must be willing to work on-site if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere

Required Skills:

- With at least 3-4 years of work experience in production research and editing - Should be able to manage multiple projects - Has excellent problem-solving skills - Must be strategic with strong negotiating and interpersonal skills - Has excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino - Candidates must be willing to work on-site if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
