Job Summary

We are a growing BPO company dedicated to delivering high-quality services and building strong partnerships with our global clients. Were looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who will play a key role in shaping our people strategy while also overseeing the Administrative and Facilities Management functions of the company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management


  • Develop implement and manage HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with the companys goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management engagement and offboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related issues conflict resolution and compliance with labor laws.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement retention and career development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of payroll benefits administration and employee records.


Administrative & Facilities Oversight


  • Supervise office administration maintenance and facility operations to ensure a safe efficient and compliant workplace.
  • Coordinate with vendors contractors and service providers for facilities upkeep and administrative support.
  • Manage office resources inventory and supplies.
  • Implement cost-effective administrative practices that support smooth day-to-day operations.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Psychology Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a senior HR rolepreferably within a BPO environment.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience managing administrative and facilities functions.
  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism.


Must be willing to report fully onsite.
