Were looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who will play a key role in shaping our people strategy while also overseeing the Administrative and Facilities Management functions of the company.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
- Develop implement and manage HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with the companys goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding performance management engagement and offboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on HR-related issues conflict resolution and compliance with labor laws.
- Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement retention and career development.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of payroll benefits administration and employee records.
Administrative & Facilities Oversight
- Supervise office administration maintenance and facility operations to ensure a safe efficient and compliant workplace.
- Coordinate with vendors contractors and service providers for facilities upkeep and administrative support.
- Manage office resources inventory and supplies.
- Implement cost-effective administrative practices that support smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Psychology Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a senior HR rolepreferably within a BPO environment.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing administrative and facilities functions.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity confidentiality and professionalism.
Must be willing to report fully onsite.
