Scope Of Work / Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Proactively engage with potential customers initiating conversations providing product knowledge and addressing questions to generate interest.
Brand Awareness: Actively promote the brand through face-to-face interactions ensuring high visibility and a positive image within the community.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and generate leads encouraging customers to learn more about our services and transition to sales channels.
Data Collection & Reporting: Record feedback from customers including insights on customer preferences and report findings to help improve sales and marketing strategies.
Event Promotion & Support: Assist in the setup execution and promotion of local events pop-up activations and street campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic.
Target-Oriented Performance: Achieve and exceed daily and weekly interaction goals customer acquisition targets and event participation metrics.
Customer Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with customers creating long-lasting relationships that benefit future sales opportunities.
Expectations
Education: Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience) with a degree or diploma in marketing business communications or related fields preferred.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to approach interact and engage with a diverse range of people.
Self-Motivated: A proactive and energetic individual who can work independently and stay driven to meet goals and targets in an outdoor fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working outdoors and adjusting to different environments weather conditions and customer needs.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other team members sales and marketing departments to meet collective goals.
Customer Focused: Enthusiastic about providing a positive customer experience and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively.
