Were hiring a Coffee Inside Sales Representative on behalf of a growing innovative specialty coffee distributor. - Full-time (45 hrs/week)
MondayFriday: 9:00am5:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am4:00pm - Optional: 4-day workweek (37 hrs) with Saturday required.
Responsibilities
Help customers via phone email chat and in-personanswering questions recommending equipment and guiding purchases.
Greet walk-in customers in our showroom demo coffee machines and create a welcoming informative experience.
Handle in-store transactions (cash debit credit) with care and accuracy.
Stay up to date on the latest coffee trends and equipment.
Support other departments when needed during busy timesyoure a team player.
Requirements
- A specialty coffee enthusiast (not just a baristathis goes beyond shifts and lattes).
- You know your espresso machines grinders and brewersor youre hungry to learn every detail.
- Youre a people person who brings energy patience and great conversation to every interaction.
- Youre dependable upbeat and excited about helping others find their perfect coffee setup.
- You want a long-term opportunity in a company where your passion can turn into a career.
- Have experience in coffee retail barista work or sales of coffee gear.
- Know your espresso machines and grinders like the back of your hand.
- Can explain the difference between conical and flat burrs without Googling.
