Description
This contract position is an on-site role that offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential healthcare services while supporting our staffing and recruiting efforts in the medical field.
In this position you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a busy Ob/Gyn practice. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and contribute to the overall success of our staffing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients in the Ob/Gyn specialty
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations
- Diagnose and manage a variety of Ob/Gyn conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients on preventive care and health maintenance
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Participate in patient care meetings and case discussions
Requirements
- Associates degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- Current NP or PA license in the state of practice
- Experience in Ob/Gyn or womens health preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
No nights weekend or call required
26 beds
Average Daily Volume: 12-16 patients
Strong support team
EMR: RPMS
Board-certified required
Any active U.S. license accepted
