About Healing Rock Recovery
Healing Rock Recovery is a leading provider of integrated behavioral health services specializing in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment through Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. The Opportunity
In this full-time on-site role the Medical Assistant & Case Manager will provide both clinical support and care coordination. Reporting to the Director of Medical Services you will assist with medical tasks while also managing clients care plans referrals and treatment continuity. Your dual role will help ensure a seamless holistic approach to our clients recovery journey.
What Youll Do at Healing Rock Recovery
Clinical / Medical Assistant Responsibilities
- Administer injectable medications and perform phlebotomy (within Montanas allowable scope).
- Support onsite medical care (for PHP and IOP clients).
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision.
- Ensure clinical compliance infection control and safety protocols.
- Assist providers with exams procedures and medication management.
Case Management / Care Coordination Responsibilities
- Coordinate referrals to community resources (housing employment social services peer supports).
- Facilitate collaboration and communication among clients families and treatment team members.
- Track client progress ensure follow-up and maintain case documentation in EMR.
Administrative Support
- Schedule medical and clinical appointments (in-person and telehealth).
- Maintain accurate client records in Kipu EMR (training provided as needed).
- Assist with client intakes group session setup and client flow coordination.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support integrated care delivery.
What You Bring to Healing Rock Recovery
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
- Current CMA or RMA certification.
- Proficiency in administering injections and performing phlebotomy.
- Experience using EMR systems (Kipu experience is a plus).
- Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage with clients in recovery with empathy professionalism and confidentiality.
- Capacity to coordinate care across multiple systems (medical behavioral health social services).
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
