Job Description:


Youll be the first virtual team member for a successful Australian cleaning business taking ownership of customer inquiries across multiple channels while directly impacting business growth. This role offers exceptional advancement potential - start with email support using proven scripts then grow into phone-based sales with commission opportunities. Youll work directly with the sales manager in a results-driven environment where competence is rewarded with clear career progression and earning potential.


Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp Facebook Meta business account and email channels
  • Handle general cleaning service inquiries using provided scripts to maintain 90% close rate via email
  • Perform data entry in Excel tracking customer names lead sources and inquiry stages
  • Manage high-volume inquiries efficiently using copy-paste systems for different inquiry stages
  • Advance to phone-based sales calls for higher-profit services based on performance
  • Conduct existing client check-in calls and refer qualified leads to sales manager for quoting
  • Support business growth by freeing up sales manager for high-value activities

Requirements

  • Proficient in basic computer skills including copy/paste functions and Excel navigation
  • Excellent English proficiency in both speaking and writing with clear professional communication
  • Sales aptitude and genuine interest in advancing to phone-based roles with commission potential
  • Ability to work efficiently without extensive hand-holding or basic computer training
  • Bonus if you have experience with social media platforms and customer service tools
