Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Contract type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: 20 hours per week; Monday to Friday 10am-2pm Avondale Heights VIC
Client Overview:
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across WhatsApp Facebook Meta business account and email channels
- Handle general cleaning service inquiries using provided scripts to maintain 90% close rate via email
- Perform data entry in Excel tracking customer names lead sources and inquiry stages
- Manage high-volume inquiries efficiently using copy-paste systems for different inquiry stages
- Advance to phone-based sales calls for higher-profit services based on performance
- Conduct existing client check-in calls and refer qualified leads to sales manager for quoting
- Support business growth by freeing up sales manager for high-value activities
Requirements
- Proficient in basic computer skills including copy/paste functions and Excel navigation
- Excellent English proficiency in both speaking and writing with clear professional communication
- Sales aptitude and genuine interest in advancing to phone-based roles with commission potential
- Ability to work efficiently without extensive hand-holding or basic computer training
- Bonus if you have experience with social media platforms and customer service tools
