The Senior Manager Human Resources (Learning Development and Engagement) will play a pivotal role in contributing to HelpAge Indias talent strategy by fostering a culture of continuous learning employee growth and meaningful engagement. This role will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives that enhance employee capabilities drive performance and strengthen organisational addition the role will work closely with the CHRO and HR team to develop and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organisations evolving needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess gather and analyse training needs across the organisation to support employee development.
- Design and implement learning strategies that align with business objectives and drive performance.
- Develop and deliver outcome-oriented learning solutions and training programs tailored to diverse employee groups.
- Create engaging learning materials including activities audio-visual content instructor guides and lesson plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs ensuring continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis.
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing morale productivity and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to source and recruit top talent aligned with the organisations needs and culture.
- Design and manage volunteering and internship programs leveraging technology-based solutions for scalability and impact.
- Undertake additional initiatives and responsibilities as assigned by the CHRO.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Organizational Development or related field.
- 8 years of progressive experience in L&D employee engagement and talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital learning tools and modern recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication skills both written as well as oral
- Good presentation and PR skills
