Job Brief:The Customer Relationship Executive (Female) is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. This role involves handling customer inquiries resolving complaints and fostering strong relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Skills Required:

Bachelors degree From any Fashion Institute of Design College of Fashion like NIFT FIT Related Field.
Must Have Excellent Social Media Knowledge
Previous experience in customer service or client relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
