- Talent Research & Sourcing
- Identify and source top talent for founder roles business consultants and analysts.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT Perplexity etc.) for smarter faster research.
- Build and maintain structured candidate databases.
- Communication & Outreach
- Write personalized messages to candidates and consultants.
- Coordinate with potential hires and manage communication flow professionally.
- Smart Execution
- Manage recruitment pipelines with speed clarity and accountability.
- Deliver weekly reports on sourcing and progress.
- Learning & Adaptability
- Explore new recruitment tools and AI automations.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver with resilience.
