Job Summary

Kognitive Sales Solutions is looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals with a passion for sales and customer engagement. As a Financial Sales Representative youll represent one of Canadas most recognized brands promoting and educating customers about financial products in-store.

This role gives you the opportunity to control your income with a combination of a competitive base salary and an attractive commission plan allowing you to maximize your weekly earnings.

What Youll Do

  • Educate shoppers about the features and benefits of our clients credit cards at in-store kiosks.
  • Generate sales increase brand awareness and build enthusiasm for the product.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every interaction is positive.
  • Use creative and engaging approaches to connect with customers and highlight product advantages.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with store staff and management.
  • Handle customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Compensation

  • Base pay plus commission your performance determines your potential earnings.
