Head of Sales
Scope
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Hayleys Leisures hotels and resorts.
Lead mentor and motivate the group sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
Establish and strengthen relationships with key corporate travel trade and MICE partners.
Oversee market segmentation pricing strategies and revenue optimization.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand alignment and cohesive promotions.
Analyze performance data identify growth opportunities and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
Requirements
A Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing or Hospitality Management.
A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality sales with at least one year in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and team leadership.
Strong network within the travel corporate and MICE sectors.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
