Job Summary

Introduction to role:
Are you ready to lead the charge in transforming automation and immersive technology initiatives As an Associate Director Immersive Technology & Intelligent Automation Delivery youll manage day-to-day operations ensuring AI proficiency is at the heart of our projects. Dive into a role where innovation meets execution!

Accountabilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for automation and immersive technology initiatives including design production stakeholder feedback and implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the product lead to execute technology roadmap deliverables and provide input with technical expertise.
- Oversee project portfolio governance: intake prioritization resource tracking and risk flagging.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships including onboarding coordination and performance oversight.
- Champion technology-driven productivity including developing and sharing reusable assets or operational templates to scale existing solutions across business units.
- Drive process improvement and enable automation and AI literacy across the organization.
- Ensure all delivery activities meet compliance regulatory and quality standards.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Practical background designing and delivering immersive technology projects (e.g. Virtual Reality Augmented Reality Mixed Reality).
- Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Power Platforms) workflow automation or process improvement initiatives. Capable of building and guiding others to build citizen-level applications.
- Excellent organization prioritization and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in leveraging AI to build immersive experiences and in optimizing AI models for real-time interactions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) especially for deploying AI and automation workloads.
- Curiosity and willingness to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-changing business setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of security compliance and data privacy requirements in enterprise settings. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a closely related field is a plus.
