Role Overview
Support our Co-Founder and CEO of our leading talent and executive search agency Reo Group.

The Executive Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the CEO with administrative and organizational tasks ensuring smooth office operations and overseeing scheduling across multiple brands and personal appointments. This role includes managing calendars emails and a wide range of administrative and personal duties such as correspondence appointment setting and event planning.

Your exceptional communication skills and attitude to take initiative have discretion and confidentiality while collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders will provide you with the perfect foundation to thrive in this role. The ultimate goal of this role is to free up the CEOs time enabling them to focus on their core accountabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support and be responsible for the management email accounts associated with the office of the CEO
  • Support in the drafting of communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Proactively manages scheduling of the CEOs time maintaining a focus on optimising the schedule to align with current and dynamic priorities.
  • Act as a First Point of Contact or representative for external and internal stakeholders and escalate in line with shifting priorities.
  • Oversee management of outstanding work requests and follow up accordingly.
  • Co-ordination of meetings requested by the CEO for both internal and external stakeholders. This includes invitations response management facilities catering and resources required.
  • Assist with the creation of documents including but not limited to Word Powerpoint Excel and other Microsoft Tools.
  • Support the CEO in data entry via the CRM maintaining and adhering to Reo Group best practice data standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and data regarding the office of the CEO and brands associated.
