Job Summary

Business Analyst
Hybrid/DC

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise in business process and system analysis design improvement and implementation efforts and in translating business process needs into technical requirements.
  • Provide expertise in change management and training support.
  • Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components and help to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed.
  • Support the development of functional area strategies for enhance IT.
  • Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components and help to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed.
  • Participate in assessments and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products coordinating the resolution of highly complex problems.
Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship or ability US work authorization is required
  • Six (6) years of related experience. A business degree and/or project/program management experience can be substituted for three (3) years of experience.
  • Using SharePoint and developing lists and libraries
  • Writing requirements for an IT system
  • Creating and making presentations.
  • Developing business process assessments and business cases; creating and making presentations.
  • Experience working with Kanban or Sprint methodology.
  • Familiarity with using and maintaining SharePoint sites.
  • Ability to work independently in a high paced agile environment.
Highly desired experience
  • Using Confluence
  • Working remotely in a highly collaborative environment
  • Using Tableau dashboards and workbooks
  • Trouble shooting issues in SharePoint and Dynamics CRM
  • Using Microsoft Team Foundation Server or Azure Dev Ops.
