Job Summary

NOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE MANAGER in HOUSTON TX

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment Were seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations lead a dedicated team and ensure efficiency safety and top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving storage and shipping
Lead train and motivate team members to meet productivity and performance goals
Maintain a safe organized and efficient workspace in compliance with company policies and safety standards
Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely accurate order fulfillment
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer demands and operational targets

Qualifications:

5 years of warehouse or distribution management experience
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of warehouse systems inventory control and shipping/receiving processes
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Forklift certification and safety knowledge preferred
Valid Drivers License
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
