Size and functions of local team:
10 FTE in the commercial team working closely with Marketing Sales (AEs) and Leadership.

Role description:
As Partner Sales Executive you are the bridge between Dialog and its growing network of (inter)national partners. Youll work alongside the partner lead and be responsible for both developing the partner ecosystem and generating commercial success through and with these partners.
The role has two core aspects:
Sales via partners (Referral model NL):
You run the full sales cycle from lead qualification discovery and demo to closing for opportunities sourced by Dutch partners.
Sales through partners (Enablement model International):
You act as a strategic advisor for international partners. While youre not responsible for closing you support by advising on pricing joining key customer meetings and enabling partners through joint GTM training and sales playbooks.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve partner sales targets (ARR)
Run full sales cycle for inbound partner leads
Support and coach partners in their own sales processes
Forecasting pipeline ownership and reporting on partner channel
Onboard new partners and drive adoption
Coordinate joint sales & marketing efforts
Collaborate internally with marketing product and customer success
Provide feedback from partners to improve product and GTM
Drive partner enablement: training tools sales assets

Must haves:
35 years experience in SaaS sales (AE/Partner/AM)
Proven track record in complex B2B sales environments
Fluent in Dutch and English
Commercially sharp relationally strong and self-starting

Nice to haves:
Background in HR tech (performance engagement talent development)
New business / hunter profile with a farmers charisma
Experience in partner sales or indirect sales models
Comfortable managing international partner relationships
Familiarity with CRM (e.g. HubSpot) & sales enablement tools
Affinity with a scale-up environment

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Up to 75K base 2 months commission (uncapped)
