Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Performance Engineer
In this role the candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery by leveraging strong Performance and Automation expertise and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.

Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain reusable modular and scalable test scripts for functional regression and end-to-end testing.
Perform performance testing using tools like Locust or k6.
Build and maintain web automation frameworks using Selenium Playwright or Cypress.
Plan manage and execute test automation activities within project timelines.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins CircleCI GitHub Actions or LambdaTest.
Ensure application compatibility across browsers platforms and devices.
Conduct API testing and automation using Postman REST-assured or Request libraries.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) as per project guidelines.
Manage test efforts using Jira for test case management defect tracking and reporting.
Maintain comprehensive test documentation including automation strategy test cases execution logs and defect reports.
Collaborate with development QA and product teams to align automation strategy with project goals.
Research and adopt best practices tools and methodologies to continuously improve test efficiency scalability and coverage.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Extensive experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or QA Automation Engineer.
Strong programming skills in TypeScript and JavaScript (Python knowledge is a plus).
Hands-on experience with web and mobile test automation frameworks (Jest Mocha Cypress Selenium Playwright Appium Detox).
Proficiency in testing mobile applications (iOS/Android) particularly those built with React Native.
Familiarity with web applications developed using React/.
Solid experience in API testing and automation.
Good knowledge of databases (MongoDB PostgreSQL) with ability to write queries for testing.
Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins CircleCI GitHub Actions LambdaTest).
Strong problem-solving debugging and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with testing payment systems and subscription models.

Minimum Qualifications
Strong experience in Performance Testing and QA Automation
Strong understanding of QA methodologies tools and processes.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with payment and subscription systems (Google Play App Store Stripe).
Exposure to P2P payment integrations (PayPal Stripe).
Knowledge of performance testing methodologies.
Experience in developing or testing applications built with React Native or .
Exposure to AI/ML application testing (PyTorch TensorFlow LLMs RAG-based systems)
