We have an exciting role on offer within our Access and Safeguarding Service as a Access and Safeguarding Senior Lead Officer.
About Us
Middlesbrough Council is looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker who can work alongside our existing leads to undertake a number of projects and initiatives leading to service transformation.
Projects will include:
Transformation of our access point
Mapping resources against a forecast of future demand
Review process flow between the front door and locality teams and pathway flow linked to hospital discharge
Consideration of the neighbourhood approach
If you are interested in transformation and innovation we want to hear from you. Staff management will be undertaken by the existing postholder allowing this post time and opportunity to consider impactful service change.
This post will be delivered through hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day per week office time and is available as a fixed term 12 month opportunity.
Please note this role requires a professional qualification in Social Work and to have an up to date registration with Social Work England.
