Meet the team:

Join our dynamic and collaborative team of HR professionals who partner with leaders across the business to develop and execute our people strategy in North America. Specifically in Mesa our team partners with leaders for continuous improvement of our culture employee experience and business operations at our Mesa manufacturing facility. Take the opportunity to drive positive and meaningful impact in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.

Where you come in:

  • You manage site-level initiatives that drive culture throughout Mesa sites and across business units through effective prioritization and problem-solving. You influence leadership and cross-functional partners toward cooperation to continue to drive progress and improvement.

  • You lead a team of HR professionals providing HR guidance and support across departments at the Mesa site.

  • You provide guidance and counsel to leaders on HR strategy across the employee lifecycle and promote continuous people leader development through our programs and through coaching people leaders directly. You consult with HR partners and People Leaders to solve important business problems and manage risk.

  • You collaborate with internal teams and Centers of Excellence such as Talent Development Compensation TalentAcquisitionandEmployee Relations as well as HR teams at global manufacturing sites to foster continuous improvement consistency andto share best practices particularly in the manufacturing environment.

  • You leverage people data insights to influence business decisions and help the organization manage change productively.

What makes you successful:

  • YoubringpreviousHR experience and people leadership experience preferably in a manufacturing environment and preferably with previous responsibility at a site level.

  • You have advanced strategic HR and workforce planning expertise with demonstrated results.

  • You have strong consulting coaching and problem solving skills. You quickly develop strong partnerships with business leaders and partners across HR.

  • You are a strong communicator collaborator and partner with a keen ability to leverage data to influence business decisions.

  • You have extensive experience in managing employee experience culture and organizational change.

  • Youpossessstrong interpersonal and organizational skills maintainconfidentiality and work collaboratively.

  • You are proactive detail-oriented and results-driven.

  • 5-15%

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree with13 years of industry experience

  • 5-8 years of previous people managementexperience
