Business Unit Head - Wellness Group Metro Manila Philippines
A wellness group is in need of aBusiness Unit Head to establish its new business unit. The successful candidate reporting directly to the Head of Operations will be responsible in building the business unit from group up. Likewise this position will be responsible in the site selection of the business branches pre-opening operations marketing launching and ready for franchising.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Nutrition & Wellness or related discipline
Eight (8) years experience in spearheading business development and company launching preferably from the health and wellness industry
Strategic mind-set and with strong management and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Outstanding listening negotiation and presentation skills
Experience in site selection pre-opening and franchising
Enjoys developing and leading team members
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willingness to travel to the sites
Willingness to be based in Quezon City
