Description:

The Operations Specialist is responsible for the general operation of the office. This position works closely with the Senior Operations Specialist.

Essential Job Functions:

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and abilities .

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the team which may include sending candidate paperwork client contracts and executing full life cycle of job orders

• Provide support to Managing Partner/President and local field leadership including travel arrangements scheduling preparing reports and letter composition

• Review client and the companys contracts; work with legal as appropriate

• Provide support for consultants and producers regarding payroll expenses and benefits questions and/or training along with approving as appropriate

• Responsible for weekly invoicing to clients including monitoring aging reports and past due accounts

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree preferred

• At least 1-2 years experience in recruiting industry or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Multiple locations Remote eligible with management approval

Travel Requirements:

Less than 5% travel (e.g. 10% travel to differing locations 90% of the time working from an office)

Physical Demands: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

Frequent: Sitting walking eye/hand/foot coordination and repetitive motion.

Occasional: Standing and bending.

Infrequent: Lifting up to 10 pounds.
