Pay: $80000 - 125000/year

Were seeking an experienced and results oriented Operations Manager to lead a high precision injection molding manufacturing this role you will oversee the planning production and quality processes that drive the creation of complex molded components. Your leadership will ensure efficiency safety and continuous improvement across all injection molding operations while fostering collaboration among engineering supply chain and production teams.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to the plastics production floor and guide cross functional teams.
Coordinate operations across planning engineering purchasing labor and quality assurance.
Establish and monitor KPIs to drive performance and achieve operational goals.
Manage costs and budgets through monthly CPI reviews and cost reduction initiatives.
Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance output quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and submit required reports to governing bodies.
Develop staff capabilities through training programs mentoring and career development planning.
Maintain strong customer relationships and support marketing efforts for growth.
Drive strategic decisions in policy planning and capital equipment investments.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business engineering or a technical field (or equivalent experience).
ears of management experience in plastics manufacturing operations.
Strong leadership communication and problem solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Knowledge of EHS regulations and practices
Familiarity with financial principles quoting and data analysis
Ability to adapt in a fast changing environment and motivate teams
