Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and talented personal lines professional to join our inside sales team. This position will work closely with senior sales members to assist with meeting clients and potential clients as well as serve as a key relationship manager for High Net Worth clients.

The selected incumbent will maintain excellent relationships with all types of clientele and insurance carriers provide thorough reviews of client coverage exposure and price communicate coverage recommendations and options to clients and negotiate favorable coverages and rates.

  • 5 years personal lines experience in a similar role with an insurance agency /brokerage dealing with national insurance carriers
  • A valid Property & Casualty insurance brokers license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
  • Superior time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience with PL Rater and/or EPIC TAM and other Agency Management Systems
  • Proven ability and experience with new business placement with Chubb AIG PURE Travelers and other carriers
  • Bachelors Degree preferred

The expected pay range for this position is $72000 to $115000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and work location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
