Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented adaptable professional to provide accounting bookkeeping and administrative support for both clients and internal operations. This team-focused role collaborates with others to support office and client goals while maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial employee and client information.

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle accounting and bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable payroll and general ledger management.
  • Post revenue prepare financial reports and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Process biweekly quarterly and annual tax deposits and filings.
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
  • Provide general office support including answering phones handling mail greeting visitors and assisting team members to maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of accounting bookkeeping or business office experience
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities accurately and with attention to detail
  • Handle confidential financial client and employee information with discretion
  • Experience with HR or benefits management is a plus
  • Experience with financial systems required
  • Experience with EHRs time clocks or other office software preferred
