Job Summary
Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Greensboro NC
Company: HVAC Service Provider
Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to work with an established company dedicated to growth safety and development. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving account growth and developing new business opportunities within the assigned market. The Sales Engineer will develop mechanical and HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial clients. This individual will work with systems such as chillers boilers AHUs RTUs piping and controls while estimating and presenting full project solutions to customers. The role requires strong communication relationship-building and negotiation skills. The Sales Engineer will also coordinate with vendors and subcontractors manage project documentation.
Requirements:
--3 years experience in Construction Project Sales.
--Must have experience estimating writing proposals POs and contracts.
--Must be able to read blueprints and hold general knowledge of HVAC systems.
--Background in Commercial/ Industrial HVAC and or Construction.
--Must have client facing experience prior.
--Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and Salesforce is a plus.
