Shift: 8-Hour Days MondayFriday (Occasional Weekends & Holidays)

Pay Rate: $2641 Weekly Gross

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Travel Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility strength and function while ensuring high-quality compassionate care. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate plan and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs for patients of varying ages and diagnoses.
Conduct assessments to determine physical therapy needs and functional abilities.
Develop and document treatment plans and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises home programs and injury prevention.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within electronic medical records (EMR).
Uphold professional and ethical standards while ensuring compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelors degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (unrestricted and in good standing).
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred:

Prior experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting.
Proficiency with EMR systems.
