Job Summary

Registered Nurse-Emergency Department Contract Role

Location: Laconia NH 03246

Assignment Duration: 13-Weeks Contract

Open to Local & Travel Candidates

Position Highlights:

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: 12-hour Night

Responsibilities:

Deliver quality compassionate and efficient emergency nursing care
Triage and assess incoming patients based on acuity
Administer medications perform procedures and assist in emergency interventions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and provide optimal patient care
Maintain complete and accurate patient records using the EMR system
Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families
Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital safety standards

Requirements:

Licensure/Certifications:

Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact State RN License Required
BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Required
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Required

Experience:

Minimum 1 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience Required
Travel RN experience

EMR System:

Cerner-Preferred but not required
