Job Summary

This is a pivotal role at a pivotal time. As Technology Strategy Lead youll help shape the future of Contacts technology landscape translating strategy into actionable roadmaps that drive our ambitions for decarbonisation and technology transformation. Youll report into and work closely with our Head of Strategy & Transformation (Technology) engaging with leaders architects and subject matter experts to ensure our technology investments and initiatives are aligned and impactful.

What youll be doing:

  • Leading the development and delivery of one- to five-year technology roadmaps ensuring strategic alignment and driving innovation.
  • Coordinating business demand management investment planning risk and dependency management.
  • Facilitating workshops and ideation sessions to identify transformation opportunities and drive alignment.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to delivery and operations teams supporting end-to-end roadmap management.
  • Communicating strategy and roadmap updates to stakeholders partners and suppliers.
  • Supporting operational performance asset management and helping to build the technical and commercial capability across technology teams.

Youll have the chance to create and refine roadmaps drive change leadership and shape the future technology at Contact. Youll be at the heart of our Contact strategy helping to drive the capability growth across the business. No two days will be the same and youll be empowered to experiment learn and grow.

Youll need to align priorities influence and perform through teams. Navigating competing priorities and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders can be challengingbut youll be supported every step of the way.


Qualifications :

Kowaikoe About You   

Youre curious adaptable technically and commercially minded with a strong foundation in technology and planning. You thrive in fast-paced environments love solving problems have a growth mindset and have a knack for bringing people together to achieve shared goals.

Were really excited if youve got:

  • 10 years experience in technology planning architecture design and operations.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning forecasting and roadmap development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in financial management.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant degree (IT engineering computer systems or similar).

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Experience in cross-functional business and technology transformation.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Strategic partner and supplier management experience.
