You will be part of the COO Tech & Transformation organisation that reports into the will be a member of the Change Execution Team CTO reporting hierarchically into the Head of Global Change & Transformation Capabilities and functionally into the Domain Lead Change & Transformation for CTO.
The purpose of the COO Tech & Transformation domain is to drive strategic transformation and Tech operational excellence by delivering change creating transparency and embedding digital product thinking.
Key Responsibilities
As a senior program manager you lead high-priority programs that align with the strategic goals of INGs Tech strategy.
What you will do:
You successfully lead global programs across domains and across countries throughout all phases of the life cycle: starting the change (idea/initiation) delivering the change and closing the change
You set-up a proper program governance and a clear roadmap with milestones
You continuously manage and monitor the program related risks
You report on progress within agreed timelines ensure quality assurance manage impediments ensure insight in critical path as well as dependencies and ensure timely resolution of impediments
You ensure that the outcomes are embedded in business as usual
You actively share lessons learned with the wider organisation
What we are looking for:
A program manager with 10-15 years of experience (in lead roles) in delivery of global change initiatives across domains and countries and a proven track record in delivery of complex technological programs including the implementation of and migration to new platforms.
A strong understanding of the tech landscape and specifically on AI
Knowledge of the ING technology environment and a strong network are a plus
Organisational sensitivity with the ability to build trust with senior leadership
A change professional who brings inspiration positive energy and a can-do mentality and who is a recognised role model in behaviours
A high degree of resilience organisational sensitivity data fluency and cultural agility
Ability to deal with ambiguity a strong focus on results and collaboration
Strong skills in planning & alignment senior stakeholder engagement (up to board and executive committee level) and effective communication (in a way that builds interest and commitment at the required level)
A global mindset and a track record in learning and growth
The motivation to coach colleagues on-the-job and take ownership for the development of the global change practice
Excellent command of English language (written and verbal) and ability to explain topics and issues in a highly succinct manner
Masters degree and relevant program management certifications (e.g. MSP Agile PgM)
