Job Summary

Your Mission

Guarantee the conformity of production at the Groups sites and steer continuous product/process improvement.

What Youll Do

Ensure the consistent application of Group standards across operations
Analyze and manage internal complaints ensuring timely and effective resolution
Lead and support troubleshooting activities within your area of responsibility
Conduct station process and environmental audits (5S) promoting operational excellence
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance and defining actionable milestones
Review and adapt production instructions based on customer return analysis to ensure relevance and accuracy
Escalate issues that may impact customer commitments following established escalation procedures

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

A bachelors degree in a relevant field
Over 3 years of experience in the automotive industry with a solid understanding of sector-specific challenges and dynamics
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
Excellent communication skills capable of conveying ideas clearly and persuasively across different audiences
A calm and composed attitude under pressure paired with a rigorous proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Intermediate English proficiency (minimum B1 level) both written and spoken

A genuine passion for quality and continuous improvement with a drive to make a meaningful impact
