Assistant Manager Albion Hotel
Were on the hunt for our next Assistant Manager to help keep the Albion Hotel buzzing and loved by the locals.
The Albion Hotel has been around since 1890 and is the reason the suburb of Cottesloe exists. Originally a stopover point on the long horse ride from the port city of Fremantle to the business centre of Perth the Albion boasts many historical features. Weve kept some of these as a tribute and to carry on the history of this great pub including beautiful ceiling fans from New Orleans Tiffany chandeliers luxury preserved boardrooms with original furnishings old documents and photos adorning the walls.
Our Bistro is open every day of the week for lunch and dinner. Guests can cosy up in front of one of our many fireplaces and settle into the dining room. With a menu inspired by our surroundings we have something for every taste. Whether guests are catching up for an overdue family lunch a reunion with mates a cheeky drink on the way home from work in our Sports Bar or to toast to a milestone the Albion is the place to meet.
Salary: From $76600 superannuation bonus
A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Get to know the locals so well they think youre part of the crew
- Support the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly safely and with a great vibe
- Learn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legends
- Handle hiccups before they turn into headaches
- Bring the energy the service and the smiles every single shift
About you:
- Youve been around the bar and bistro block and maybe already done some supervising
- Youve learned from great managers and now youre ready to step up
- Youve got the confidence pride and people skills to be the face of the pub when the boss is away
- Youve got a current RSA and Approves Managers card as per WA state requirements
