Job Summary
As a Product Designer at Evergen youll join our in-house design team with a focus on creating clean accessible and intuitive interfaces that bring clarity to complexity. Youll help guide both the Product and Front End teams ensuring design decisions are consistent user-focused and aligned with our goals. Youll play a key role in shaping and championing our design culture embedding design thinking collaboration and attention to detail across the organisation. Working closely with engineers product managers and fellow designers youll craft experiences that are both delightful and functional shaping how users interact with Evergens products every day.
Qualifications :
3 years of design experience including 1 years in product design.
Strong UX/UI skills with expertise in visual design layout typography information architecture and user-centered design principles.
Proficient in Figma with experience designing prototyping and working with or building design systems.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) usability best practices and the full design lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills able to balance user needs with business goals to deliver practical effective solutions.
Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills comfortable guiding product and front-end teams and working in fast-paced Agile environments.
Experienced creating process flows sitemaps wireframes prototypes and other product deliverables.
Comfortable conducting user research usability testing and iterating based on feedback.
Strong communication and presentation skills able to clearly explain design decisions.
Experience with user analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel Amplitude Google Analytics) to inform design decisions.
Experience conducting advanced user research ethnographic studies or A/B testing.
Experience facilitating workshops design sprints or co-creation sessions with stakeholders.
