Job Summary
As the Senior Director of Product eCommerce Shop youll lead the vision strategyand execution of the precheckout shopping experience across app and web for both customer and employee commerce journeys. Youll shape how millions of customers interact with our digital platforms making their journey fast seamless and engaging. This is a high-impact role where youll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to deliver experiences that truly enrich lives through technology.

- Define and execute the product vision for pre-checkout experiences across app and web
- Own platform capabilities like navigation content modules and AR/VR try-ons
- Lead publishing and configuration systems to ensure safe efficient updates
- Drive data strategy for event logging analytics and personalization
- Collaborate with engineering design and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Build and mentor high-performing product teams that thrive on innovation
Basic qualifications
- 8 years of Product Management experience or experience working with development User experience Strategy or related
- 5 years of experience with direct people and team management
- 5years of relevant experience in strategy creation customer-focused solutioning cross-functional leadership or related
- Proven experience delivering largescale commerce experiences across app and web
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple product lines and complex crossfunctional programs
- Bachelors or advanced degree in IT Computer Science Engineering Business Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with technical SEO app platform capabilities and experimentation platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in commerce
- Skilled at influencing across a matrixed organization and aligning stakeholders
