Job Summary

As a Landscape Technician youll be a key player in maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our properties. Reporting to the Building & Grounds Supervisor youll operate hand and power equipment to perform landscaping and snow removal tasks safely and efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain lawns flower beds shrubs and trees by mowing edging pruning planting and applying mulch.
Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns and landscaped areas.
Perform snow and ice removal during winter months to keep properties safe and accessible.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment or machinery.
Travel to local properties to ensure consistent upkeep across all Kapco locations.
Work efficiently adapt to changing priorities and support team goals.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of landscape experience.
Ability to operate power equipment safely.
Valid Wisconsin Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to obtain a 3.0 Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License within 6 months of hire.

Physical Demands:
This is a medium-duty role that requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally frequent bending twisting climbing and reaching.
