Job Summary

Acquisition & De Novo Support:

  • Conduct financial operational and market analyses to support the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models (e.g. pro formas valuations ROI analysis).
  • Assist in due diligence processes including data room organization document review and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the development of business cases for new market entries and de novo opportunities including site selection research and provider recruitment efforts.

Market & Industry Research:

  • Research competitive landscapes referral patterns demographics and market saturation in target regions.
  • Analyze macro and micro trends in dermatology and adjacent physician specialties.
  • Track pipeline activity and develop internal reporting dashboards.
  • Perform market outreach and lead generation

Internal Collaboration:

  • Partner with finance legal operations and clinical teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Help prepare board presentations investor updates and internal growth strategy materials.
  • Contribute to relationship-building with prospective partners and practice owners through market outreach and conference participation.

Qualifications :

  • MBA required (recent graduate or up to 2 years post-graduation).
  • 2 years of experience in business development investment banking consulting healthcare M&A private equity or corporate development (preferably within healthcare services).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building dynamic financial models.
  • Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and relevant data/BI tools.
