Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site Sourcing Associate role located in Davao Region Philippines. The Sourcing Associate will be responsible for conducting lead generation activities across all platforms procurement activities and managing the applicant process for our microsites in the Bicol Region. The day-to-day tasks associated with the role include sourcing qualified candidates virtually.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role within an internal recruitment function
Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Work independently with minimum supervision conferring with supervisor(s) as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment
Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Psychology or related field
