Role description:

As part of Project and Program Management team youll help deliver some of the biggest most iconic project imaginable with some of the best talent around. With your energy agility and a keen eye for detail youll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients everyday

Role accountabilities:

• Independently deliver and own elements of planning assignments applying strong technical and analytical skills to meet project objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring effective communication and high-quality project delivery within budget and timeframe.
• Prepare maintain and analyze project schedules progress reports (including s-curves and earned value) and other documentation as required.
• Monitor project progress advise on mitigating delays and conduct forensic delay analysis as needed.
• Apply and share knowledge of standard planning programme management practices and SOPs; mentor and support junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with risk safety and project management principles escalating issues and contributing to process improvements.
• Interpret data support decision-making with clear recommendations and provide timely accurate data collection and reporting.
• Build master programmes from scratch including logic links resource and cost loading using advanced scheduling tools (Primavera P6 MS Project).
• Respond to planning queries from internal/external stakeholders and assist senior staff in addressing stakeholder issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate of BS Engineering Construction Management or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Planner with a professional experience in consultancy or contracting
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 Ms Project and with 4D Planning
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate with peers immediate seniors cross functional teams and build relationships
• Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive positive change and challenge status quo
