Job Summary

Main Accountabilities
Support and follow up tasks related to subsea projects with specialized expertise within Subsea Drilling and Subsea Production Systems. The role involves close interface and cooperation with the Drilling & Wells team Subsea Project team Subsea Operations team and major Subsea OEMs.

Responsibilities
- Timely and successful management of the subsea completion and related interface towards rig
- Coordinate Subsea Drilling interfaces with Subsea Production Systems in both greenfield and brownfield projects
- Follow up on primary and contingency well intervention systems and equipment readiness
- Support subsea operations for exploration wells
- Act as primary contact for ROV and tools contractor
- Represent Subsea Drilling & Wells in relation to major Subsea OEM contracts and deliveries
Main Tasks
- Coordinate between internal and external departments including rig contractor subsea contractor and other suppliers
- Apply problem-solving and entrepreneurial approaches to technical solutions and new technology
- Facilitate decision-making through Invite Involve Include principles
- Coordinate vendors
- Prepare programs and procedures including SIMOPS and handover of well to operations department
- Provide documentation feedback and lessons learned
Qualifications
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
