The Systems Engineer is the technical authority in project deliveries. The role ensures that projects have robust feasible and cost-effective technical solutions that comply with customer requirements internal standards and applicable regulations. The Systems Engineer is a key resource supporting project managers in all technical aspects and advice the projects engineering team in executing technical tasks.

What you will be doing

• Technical support for project managers
• Deliver technical input and provide technical leadership to ensure decision-making
• Secure technical quality assurance
• Provide system solutions and improvements
• Deliver technical cost calculations
• Ensure project deliveries are according to customer requirements

We think you should have

• or in system engineering automation cybernetics or similar
• Relevant practical experience electrical/mechanical background and strong personal suitability may compensate for the lack of formal education.
• Knowledge from vessel/offshore and preferable from naval is an advantage
• Experience in / from system design and integration is considered advantageous
• Experience in taking a technical leading role in teams and collaborating across disciplines is seen as positive
• Practical and hands-on experience work with assembling and mounting systems with multidiscipline knowledge . both electrical and mechanical.
