Job Summary
As a Room Service Order Taker you will be responsible for taking guest orders for in-room dining accurately relaying them to the kitchen and ensuring timely delivery. You will also handle inquiries assist with menu recommendations and maintain a high level of service excellence to create a memorable guest experience.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for teamwork
- Excellent guest service skills
