We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Infrastructure Strategy Manager to lead the development and implementation of long-term infrastructure strategies across our aviation portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of airport and aviation infrastructure ensuring alignment with regulatory environmental and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning:
Develop and maintain long-term infrastructure strategies for airport assets including terminals runways airside and landside facilities. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams (planning operations finance sustainability) and external stakeholders (regulators airlines government bodies) to align infrastructure plans with broader aviation and transport strategies. - Business Case Development:
Lead the preparation of investment cases feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to support capital planning and funding decisions. - Data-Driven Insights:
Use forecasting models passenger demand data and operational performance metrics to inform infrastructure priorities and capacity planning. - Sustainability & Innovation:
Integrate environmental sustainability digital innovation and resilience into infrastructure strategies to future-proof aviation assets. - Risk & Scenario Planning:
Identify strategic risks and develop mitigation plans through scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Planning Economics or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in infrastructure strategy capital planning or aviation consultancy.
- Proven experience in the aviation sector (airports airlines regulators or advisory).
- Strong understanding of airport operations regulatory frameworks and infrastructure lifecycle planning.
- Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as MS Project Power BI GIS or infrastructure modelling software is a plus.
