Job Summary
En tant que Responsable à Madrid de la transformation de la R&D Banking Components Payments et du delivery et dans un contexte dévolution de lactivité de la R&D Banking Components Payments plusieurs missions sont à mener en parallèle :
- Responsable de la transformation à Madrid :
- Compréhension de lécosystème de lactivité et des enjeux à court moyen et long termes permettant daborder sereinement la mission et dadapter lorganisation des équipes
- Construction exécution reporting du plan de transfert en collaboration avec la direction Banking Components Payments et le management existant à Madrid
- Sécurisation du recrutement des ressources nécessaires à Madrid Valencia
- Suivi et remontées des risques et alerte relatifs au plan de transformation
- Prise de recul en vue dune amélioration globale du delivery
- Accompagnement rapproché des managers
- Revue des process et du fonctionnement des équipes (avec experts si nécessaire) :
- Compréhension des enjeux par les équipes
- Processus de développement
- Qualité
- Agilité
- Synergie offre/R&D
- Synergie entre les équipes
- Reporting à la direction Banking Components Payments
As the person responsible in Madrid for the transformation of R&D Banking Components Payments and delivery and in a context of change in the R&D Banking Components Payments business several tasks must be carried out in parallel:
- Responsible for transformation in Madrid :
- Understanding the ecosystem business and short- medium- and long-term challenges enabling us to approach the mission with confidence and adapt the organization of the teams
- Developing executing and reporting on the transfer plan in collaboration with Banking Components Payments management and existing management in Madrid
- Securing the recruitment of the necessary resources in Madrid and Valencia
- Monitoring and reporting risks and alerts related to the transformation plan
Taking a step back to improve overall delivery :
- Close support for managers
- Review of processes and team operations (with experts if necessary) :
- Understanding of issues by teams
- Development process
- Quality
- Agility
- Offer/R&D synergy
- Synergy between teams
- Reporting to Banking Components Payments management
Qualifications :
- Langues maitrisées : Français Anglais Espagnol
- Expérience suivantes :
- Importante dans la gestion de projets/programmes de taille moyenne à grande
- Important : Gestion de client en direct
- Travail avec des équipes distantes (si possible en Inde)
- Réalisation de projets de transformation

- Experience
- Significant experience in managing medium to large-scale projects/programs
- Important: Direct client management
- Working with remote teams (in India if possible)
- Implementing transformation projects
