About the role

At VIVLA we are building a category leader in a new way of owning second homes. We are looking for a Senior Revenue & Growth Manager who will be responsible for the entire paid acquisition funnel from first advertising touchpoint to the generation of qualified leads for the sales team.

This role combines leadership in performance marketing with direct responsibility for revenue and pipeline. You will own the strategy and execution of paid media across Meta Google LinkedIn and TikTok.

You will work cross-functionally with the Sales CRM/Lifecycle Brand and Product teams to maximize funnel efficiency and pipeline quality.

Key responsibilities

Growth & Revenue ownership

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta Google (Search Display YouTube) LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Define the annual investment plan budget allocation and channel mix by market (Spain and international).
  • Optimize performance across TOFU MOFU and BOFU stages: prospecting retargeting and conversion.
  • Be accountable for CAC CPL SQL volume and revenue contribution from paid channels.
  • Design and execute a continuous testing and experimentation roadmap (audiences creatives formats and platforms).

Funnel and conversion optimization

  • Analyze and optimize the full funnel from paid media to pipeline.
  • Work with Brand Creative and Content teams to brief and optimize performance-driven creatives.
  • Align targeting messaging and learnings with Sales to improve close-rate conversion.
  • Support property launches limited campaigns and high-intent activations.

Data reporting and forecasting

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards for paid media and SDRs.
  • Forecast lead volume pipeline and spend efficiency.
  • Use data to inform investment hiring and scaling decisions.
  • Collaborate with Data & Automation on attribution tracking and advanced reporting.

Cross-functional leadership

  • Act as the main Growth counterpart to Sales CRM Product and Finance.
  • Actively participate in annual planning headcount strategy and budgeting.
  • Support international expansion through scalable acquisition frameworks.

What success looks like in this role (12 months)

  • A predictable and scalable paid acquisition engine in Spain and key markets.
  • Strong alignment between paid media SDR execution and sales results.
  • Clear improvement in lead quality contact speed and MQL SQL conversion.
  • Clear visibility into CAC pipeline contribution and ROI by channel.
  • A motivated structured SDR team with clear objectives.

Profile & experience

Must-have requirements

  • 10 years of experience in Growth Performance Marketing or Revenue roles.
  • Proven experience managing paid media at scale (Meta Google LinkedIn TikTok).
  • Experience with high-consideration products and long decision-making cycles.
  • Practical knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot Salesforce or others).
  • Strong data business and results orientation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in real estate proptech luxury travel or investment products.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lifecycle strategies.
  • Experience working with executive teams or founders.
