Content Creation: Develop high-quality impactful content that drives engagement and positions Aussie Homes as a market leader. Create content leveraging agreed brand and style templates and guidelines including:
- Email content
- Social tiles
- Website
- Sales collateral- B2B and B2C: Presentations emailable PDFs brochures for trade shows etc
- Webinars: To drive leads (plus social strategies to promote webinars)
- Blog content: Collaboration with content writing team on blog topics
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the content and audience team including the in-house studio to ensure consistent and compelling messaging and captivating designs that uphold the brand look/feel.
Trade marketing: Own trade and partnership marketing initiatives with external property partners real estate agents referral partners and industry events from strategy to asset creation and on-ground activation
Subject Matter Expertise: Stay informed on market trends customer needs and competitive dynamics to shape marketing strategies.
Performance Analysis: Use data-driven insights to evaluate the success of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly.
Qualifications :
- Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing with a focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategies campaign execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Industry Expertise: Background in trade marketing within the real estate property or financial services sectors is highly desirable.
- Experience developing and executing campaigns for agent networks or channel partners including lead generation and partner enablement programs.
- Proficiency with Canva Campaign Monitor Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent CRM/automation system) and Google Analytics.
- Ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies that drive brand visibility engagement and growth while maintaining brand consistency.
- Skilled in working with creative sales partnerships and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns that enhance performance and loyalty.
- Strong ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
