This role offers C-suite visibility and the opportunity to influence the direction of ServiceNows go-to-market organization while helping execute key transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
GTM Strategy
- Support and lead portions of strategic projects that shape the future of our go-to-market model.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on GTM performance market trends and sales effectiveness to uncover insights that drive leadership decisions.
- Develop models frameworks and business cases to support high-impact strategic recommendations.
GTM Operational Execution
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives - turning ideas into actionable operating plans frameworks and decision-support tools.
- Build and improve playbooks reporting cadences and governance models that bring consistency and rigor to GTM execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM Ops Finance Product Analytics and Enablement to align on priorities and deliverables.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Exposure
- Partner with senior strategy team members and GTM leaders to deliver executive-ready outputs.
- Engage directly with senior executives and C-Suite stakeholders to help communicate insights and influence decision-making.
- Contribute to a culture of ownership curiosity and continuous improvement across the GTM Transformation team.

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- 58 years of experience in management consulting GTM strategy or enterprise SaaS environments (combination preferred).
- Proven ability to balance strategy and execution - comfortable moving between high-level frameworks and hands-on work.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with large datasets business modeling and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities; skilled at building executive-ready presentations.
- High energy strong sense of ownership and willingness to roll up your sleeves to drive outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across levels and functions.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- Location: Remote / flexible; must be comfortable working West Coast hours.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $171000 - $299300 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
