The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Finance Enterprise Partner and play a critical role in driving business success through financial acumen strategic insights and customer-centric solutions. This role will partner with key stakeholders to support and lead initiatives throughout the customer journey with a focus on value creation sustainable growth and aligned decision-making across the organization.
The Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Partner with the business to support or co-lead key touchpoints throughout the customer journey applying an enterprise mindset.
- Balance resource allocation across multiple priorities and provide strategic advice on financial implications of proposed business activities.
- Collaborate in developing cohesive commercial strategies and processes including business planning opportunity prioritization and revenue-generation initiatives.
- Drive financial performance by ensuring alignment with business goals flagging deviations and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
- Actively participate in cross-market FEP communities to share and implement best practices.
- Co-create innovative business models with customers quantifying value and ensuring pricing transparency.
- Encourage behaviors aligned with financial objectives across the organization.
- Manage customer performance throughout the contract lifecycle with an outcomes-based approach focused on profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve the P&L including upsell initiatives waste reduction risk mitigation and efficiency improvements.
- Advocate for sustainable business deals by conducting risk evaluations assessing competitive dynamics and developing pricing strategies to ensure long-term success.
- Monitor internal and external market trends leveraging insights to address business challenges and uncover growth opportunities.
