Job Summary
KPI Achievement Manage and meet regional KPI targets (Perfect Store coverage sales etc.).
Cost-Effective Coverage Ensure effective outlet coverage at optimal frequencies.
Distributor & Customer Engagement Build strong relationships with distributors and top customers.
Business Plan Execution Implement channel business plans aligned with priorities and distributor readiness.
Team Development: Train motivate and coach the distributor team to maximize performance.
In-Store Presence: Ensure Red Bulls brand presence via Perfect Store Standards.
Database Maintenance: Manage and grow Perfect Stores databases (availability pricing visibility etc.).
Relationship Building: Build quality relationships through effective communication.
Team Environment: Foster a dynamic fun and creative team environment.
Administrative Reporting: Complete reports on time and use data to improve distributor KPIs.
Qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Off Premise sector FMCG.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
- Leadership Motivation and Team Skills.
- Strong communicational and organizational ability.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Power Point).
- Management reporting and budget control.
- Commercial Administration or Marketing degree prefered.
